Guthriean Hlgmdt is right. Mind setting. It's takes time to achieve your goal. Simple equation watch out your food intake + exercise = lose weight.

Guthriean To me, smoker is a person who cannot avoid themselves to smoke. They are dumb!. Why they smoke? The cigar (whatever they call it)control them! Who is controlling who now? Why can't they stop smoking? They have brains to think whether it is bad or good to smoke...
