Hathori According to ICANN the whois information are meant to be viewable to public through public whois lookup sites such as http://www.whoisxy.com/ . And the information can be used to contact them in a normal manner (i.e., not to spam their mail boxes).

Hathori You can request your service provider to unlock your phone by getting a new plan or phone from them. Or you can get your razor v3 unlocked at http://www.unlocking4u.com/motorola-razr-v3/rs6wp9/ . So that you can use any other supported GSM SIM on your razor.

Hathori You can check this at http://www.ip-details.com/ . If you are behind a proxy, you will view a different ISP name, address, location instead of your ISP's details.
