Hunkydorey1 Well Rose I call it sometimers...sometimes I remember stuff and sometimes I dont.But as we age we lose alot of short term memory and retain alot of our long term....I work with the elderly and Im 50 so there you go.

Hunkydorey1 Also use 1/4 teasspoon salt one teasoop viniger and 1/4 baking soda in a sinuis rinse bottle that all drug stores carry or a prduct called sinu-rinse that comes with the bottle....untill you are able to get in to your MD.
