Sometimes in life, we have to go through phases where we have to be by ourselves, whether a little more permanently or just for the night. How does one deal with that? What comforts you in being alone?

SirenOnFire @InquisitiveMind Not really, I had friends yes, but I really didn't have time to interact with them. My uni days were full of just studying and a bit of sleeping, not much of socializing and fun.

explorer I think happiness comes from within. When we nurture our soul by helping others selflessly, by being compassionate, by being in others' shoes, it makes us happy.
