I have had family members who say they don't need to go to church, that they will do bible studies on their own. What I would like is to see what others think and explain why we should/need or why we don't need to go to church.

JoeCoolJSI Jesus fulfilled the law and the prophets. When he talked on the sermon on the mount I believe he talked to all of us about how we should live with love and compassion.

JoeCoolJSI I fully agree with the responses above. Jesus fulfilled the law and yes if we love God first and our fellow man as ourselves then the other laws fall into place automatically.
