Lucy's exam

Katagiri @Katagiri (426) • Brazil 30 Jun 07

I took Lucy today to the pet hospital for her exams. The ultra-sonic scanning shower a little alteration on her kidneys. It could be because of her age, we need now the blood exam result to tell if she has a kidney disease. Let's...

scribe1 I was so happy to hear that Lucy seems to be doing well. Bless you for loving and caring about her so much. You will reap rewards for your kindness to a pet cat, I am sure, and I hope that you receive them much sooner rather than later.

Katagiri @Katagiri (426) • Brazil 26 Jun 07

How do you feel? Last year I had a boyfriend for 2 months after 5 years of loneliness (good times), he got tired and broke up, some time latter, a friend of his, told me he was dating a good friend of mine. I felt sorry for her, I...

eadward Considering your scenario first, I'd probably be sorry for my friend. If one of my girlfriends let me down like that, by "getting tired" of me... Well, first I'd have a man to man conversation with my friend. A conversation wich probably he would have come...

How easy (or hard) is it to take your cat to the vet?

scribe1 @scribe1 (1203) • United States 25 Jun 07

I am going to have to take Waffles to the vet sometime soon. She won't let me touch her back and tries to nip me when I do. But the fun part will be (a) catching her, as she is still rather skittich, and (b) getting her in the...

eadward I never get these problems when taking my cat to the vet. She is very quiet and docile, even when she's sick. She doesn't have the courage for bitting or scratching me. On the other hand, she is very shy of new people, and sometimes, when it's just about...

Katagiri @Katagiri (426) • Brazil 23 Jun 07

If you don't know what Xfire is, it is a messenger for gamers. You can see what your friends are playing, the server they're using and much more stuff. It's free to use and there's no malware. It can be downloaded here:...

eadward I've used it for a while, but never for messaging. I just tought it would be cool to show on my forums signatures how many hours a week I've played some games, and how many hours of my whole life I wasted on them. It sound pretty nerdy nowadays, tough.

Cats are "selfish" and don't really care about their owners - True or False?

eadward @eadward (140) • Brazil 20 Jun 07

Some people say they don't like cats because of that, what they believe to be true. What do you think? I think they are just smarter than dogs, and exercise a bit more they "free will".

Suppose the church allows marriage, and female priesthood. But keeps all their other dogmas and traditions. Would you consider becoming a priest as a life career? Turning on an abbot, bishop, cardinal, or even maybe The Pope?...
