Margarita @janjaran In those moments when you feel angry you should try not to talk or to react. Try not to answer inmediately and wait instead until you have calmed down. That way, you can avoid to say or to do something you don't really want.

Laurel (L_B) Take a few deep breaths and let yourself calm down. I know it is not always an easy thing to do but it keeps you from saying things that you may later regret. Like Sue said vent to us. We are here for you.
