Won't it be ironic if Matt Girard goes home tomorrow? I mean the judges saved him last week. Plus, who do you support in Idol? Do you really think that Adam is going to win?

LCHBheart Hi Jennlk84, it could vitamin D, but it could also have been other minerals and vitamins (such as calcium, folic acid, and iron). So I put my theory to the test last night when the cravings were especially bad - I ate a day's worth of multivitamins. Amazingly,...

Summer is here! I can't help it, I just have to take a shower at least three times a day! You may call it a quick fix to cure the humidity of this season! Whenever go outside I feel the rays of the sun peeling off my skin! I can't...

LCHBheart My mistake. It isn't Alzheimer's. It's Parkinson. Long showers cause us to breathe in vaporized manganese leading to an increased risk in Parkinson's disease. It has been quite a while since I read about that. You can also find the article in...

When my kids were younger, the rule was that they could not be in the kitchen when someone was cooking. Now that they are a bit older, I let them come in the kitchen and help me with little things. My daughter is 6; I let her do...

LCHBheart I definitely think that it is a great idea to let your kids help out, as long as they know the safety rules. It would help them develop confidence in their abilities and by being useful, also help develop their self-esteem. They could also start coming up with...

Hi there. I've been getting really disgruntled with my job these past few months, not to mention with the people that I have to work with, so much so that I have decided to hand in my resignation next month. I haven't found a new...

LCHBheart I know what you mean. I had a job that I hated as well. It really affected my health and gave me a bad bout of depression (to the extent of nearly being suicidal). I lost my job three months ago and I think that it gave me an opportunity to look for a job that...

LCHBheart No. I am a paranoid type of person who believe that ghosts exist. Taking up such a job would just be creepy (though it would make a very interesting job choice and it would be kind of cool to brag to my friends that I handle dead flesh everyday). On normal...

I was just thinking about a book my fiance and I read not to long ago by James Patterson. All of his books seem to be suspense / thriller or murder type novels. There were a few hints of comical relief in the one book we did read...

LCHBheart I would definitely enjoy some comical elements in a serious book. The contrast given by these lighthearted moments creates a time in where I could pause and reflect on the contents of the book. I think that the quality of the jokes do count. If the jokes are...

LCHBheart In addition, if you have a GPS system in your car, you will also need to be careful. Some thieves break in to steal the system and sell for for half the original price (which could amount to - a lot). I hope the cops had caught the perps who did so.
