MELNDOLLA The best thing for me was cutting carbs and the treadmill. Lost about 20 lbs the first month and about 5-9 each after. Each person is different, but cardio takes it off just about anybody!

MELNDOLLA I agree totally. So when I deal with people who treat me less because I am mixed...I tend to get very angry and sometimes violent...I'm trying to understand why people have so many bad feelings about inter- racial relationships.
