How is it Friday already? It's been a good, productive week. Not everything was rosy and dandy, but that's how life should be. I'm glad to have had a few days of meetup with my eldest sister. She flies back to Calgary tomorrow....

In my little town in Arizona, temps have been above 115 degrees. Even after 9pm, it is still at 105. Several people in my small town have passed away due to the heat. I’m grateful to have AC, but the heat is keeping me indoors and...

Toni LoCicero You also have to contend with a certain amount of humidity too. The humidity can really knock you for a loop!!! I'm glad that you are an indoor gal and are content with the air conditioning. Just make sure you keep hydrated.
