Are you ready for summer vacation??? I'm not! Rebeccas cermony is tomorrow night. I almost started bawling my eyes out when Abby and I went shopping for dresses. Becca was asleep with a bad cold. So are you ready?

MysticalMom73 Day 3 here also and already the kids are fighting and wanting to go in 3 different directions at the same time. I love my boys dearly and I hope we can enjoy some of the summer.....not off to a good start! LOL

Baby blues

Did any other new moms here experience inexplicable sadness in the days and weeks after giving birth. I have been blessed with four healthy pregnancies, four normal births and four beautiful babies, and yet with each baby's birth...

MysticalMom73 Yes DeenaD! I have 3 children, the depression was worse after the 1st. Of course I was undiagnosed Bipolar. Many people that have not experienced the Baby Blues, don't understand how bad it can be. If it gets too bad, please call your doctor!

I was 3 months short of turning 29. A bit later than what I would have liked, but it wasn't my call, it was God's. How old were you? Or how old will you be?

MysticalMom73 I was 19, too young and very dumb! ;) My 2nd came at 26...getting the hang of it. Just had my 3rd and last at 33. It's amazing how age and maturity helps when dealing with kids. With each of mine, it was definately God's call! I would not have planned to have...

MysticalMom73 My heart broke for this little boy. It's amazing he survived. I read this a couple months ago when my baby was a month old. Not a good book for post-pardom Moms. I would love to read his other 2 books. This is still in the best seller section of the used book...
