Kandase I agree with @Gillygirl. A getting to know you post would be good, usually there isn't much information in most profiles. However some members would prefer to be private.

I'm trying to lose weight, and I tried exercising and cutting off some carbs, however, it is not working. It has been a year since I tried that, so I guess I need a new way to reduce weight. What method worked for you? I know I...

Jenaisle Wow, 10,000 steps! I could barely finish 2K steps a day. I wish I could achieve that too. I think I should do that too. Thanks for the tip.

Eva James I cut out all carbs until I got my weight down. I also increased my walking. I did allow myself one cheat day each week but still watched my calories. That kept me from feeling like I was denying myself. I now eat carbs most days but have kept my extra walking...

Let's say that you had one final message for the world, what would it be? I look at the news and the prospects for the future don't look good. We're still going to war. We're still polluting. We're still ruining. We're still...

Amber I guess my final message would seem trite and silly to most people, but it would be something like "If Jesus loves you, it is definitely possible to love each other." I'd want my final message to be one of hope. Good topic for discussion!
