Explorer I know only the hard way. If you are saying your legs are nascular then don't worry. Cardio will burn fat not muscle.

o_o When I'm studying something, I usually sit on a comfortable chair and turn on some slow music. And remember, don't do reading when you're sleepy. It only causes you more sleepy and nothing will to go to your brain.
