Porcospino @allknowing Chocolate and most nuts have a lot of nickel. Sunflower seeds, beans and soy flour also contain quite a lot of nickel, but not as much as chocolate.

Porcospino Thanks. I am really happy about that. I thought that it was never going to disappear because it kept coming back even with the food restrictions, but it seems to have disappeared now

Porcospino Most people only have contact allergies. I am especially sensitive to nickel, and I used to get a rash each time I ate food with hign or moderate content of nickel. I still have contact allergy, but that is easier to manage than the food allergy.

Porcospino In the past I didn't know about the nickel content in food either, but I found a website that showed the nickel content in each type of food. Chocolate and nuts contain a lot of nickel, but things like cucumber is almost nickel free

Porcospino @nitsbubb That is true. Blood clotting after AstraZeneca is a very rare side effect, but it happens in some cases. One person from my country died after the vaccine and that is the main reason why the AstraZeneca vaccine was banned here.
