Do you still feel that the best movie ever is The Titanic?

We know how much this movie made a big hit in the worldwide movie screen. I didn't like this movie after seeing it. People said that this is the biggest and the best movie ever made. I don't think so. BUt anyways, with many movies...

What is the maximum amount you can safely lose in a week?

Why do we always hear that 2 pounds per week is the maximum amount of fat one can safely lose? What if you want to lose faster? How do you explain the fast weight losses on The Biggest Loser? Discuss.
