SaraM5 I love that entire series. I was definitly hooked. Don't rush through like I did and now have the agonizing wait for the next one! Oh and I think there are 14 books now, enjoy :)

What are the effective ways of coping with stress?

As long as you live, you cannot escape from stress.. we tend to do work, exhaust ourselves in anyway we want. sometimes, we lack sleep. what do you think are the effective ways to overcome stress?

SaraM5 For me it's running and yoga. Either burn the anxiety off or stretch it out :) If I do one of these after a rough day I find I sleep much better (which also helps the stress)

My kids actually do love to read. The older 3 read at levels far above their current grade level.. and the younger 2, who actually can't read yet, always ask their older siblings or me to read books to them. We visit the library...

SaraM5 If he has been neutered it could be an "abdominal tuck" It shows up on males after they have been fixed. It's pretty common and harmless. Both my males have it.
