Shankerj Yes this question has been asked multiple times on mylot, I will suggest Hafiz to just use Mylot Search to get some of these discussions. It is to be noted that if you keep using mylot search you get a reward too.

Shankerj I understand that we do get credit for participating in discussions or starting one. We probably also get credit (some Percentage) for the work of those , who directly come through our reference. Please let me know if I am not correct in my understanding.
