There's a lot of claims about how Curcumin can prevent cancer and other inflammation related problems. What is your take? When taking Curcumin Regularly, a few drops on warm water once or twice a day, there's a lot of difference...

rebel_woman06 @Sherinl I really have noticed that those spices and spicy foods of the Indians have lots of health benefits. That being so, I guess Indians are not much prone to high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Shavkat @Sherinl I agree that the localized pain is unbearable. Physiotherapist can administer the TENS to alleviate from pain as temporary while waiting for the surgery.

Shavkat @Sherinl It depends on the situations. It is still possible to put the patient on a functional level with the help of Physiotherapist services. It can be done prior to the surgery.
