Sonja Yeah. I'm working out 5 times a week mostly strength trainings and I'm feeling so good about myself. For example if I'm depressed I will go for a run or for a walk so that is one of the greatest ways to feel better.

Sonja It's normal. Some songs may cause oxycotin rush in your brain meaning that they are making you feel good. And for some other songs you may have emotional attachment with.
