Flush the toilet before use!-Why?

It is necessary to flush the toilet after use.There is a logic in it.But why are we asked to flush it before use too?Have you ever thought why?Waiting for your replies!

SorrowSolace It would be pointless to flush a toilet before you use it, provided someone has flushed after they use it. It would waste water also. I definately can't see a reason to flush before...i sometimes don't even flush the toilet for pee to save on water costs and...

SorrowSolace I have alot of animals, around 20 something snakes, a couple lizards, 8 cats, one of them is a sphynx, which i will post a picture of if i can figure out how, 2 dogs, and a sugar glider. I used to have alot more, but they have all since found different homes.
