Sparta72s Can people with diabetes exercise? May need to do some sweating through exercise. Decrease more calories. Drink lots of water and get good rest. Make sure she is eating healthy.

Sparta72s I wouldn't really take a shower or sleep, but also maybe get into the habit of having an alarm set a few minutes earlier and know the room temperature.

Sparta72s You could show him real wrestling/ folk style wrestling which is done in grade school and high school. It has no slams and doesn't allow anything illegal. It's a pretty tough sport.
