Did you ever medidate? if you ever tried it before i suggest you try it it is actually effects on your emotions and thinking i don't do it at all but i used to meditate when i was like 12 or 13 it was very cool tho :)

minisam I shop both online and offline.you should read reviews when shopping online, a product may have the same name, but even different manufacturing country may make a difference in quality.
