I've been trying to deal with some things I find shameful about myself. What are your shames and how do you deal with them?

Smack the pony No they shouldn't but you are made to feel ashamed by others. This has started from a young age. Whether it be my race, sex, sexuality or aspergers. If you instil shame into a child the damage has already been done in my opinion

Smack the pony I do meditate and exercise. I feel the need to share them so they aren't secret and hoping the shame will just fall off
