ahmadnasirudin that same with my experience, u may to try dynamic ip for the solving, download and install it on your PC, if you restart network connection,it will automatically change your ip

ahmadnasirudin I think to eat before taking an exercise not comfort for our body, we can eat before taking an exercise just little, if we fill our stomach fully so... we cant do the exercise normally
