aionut I read recently that the average sleep need for teens and preteens ( that means 12-18 years )is at least 8.5 to 10 hours of sleep every night, but i don't know if is true.

aionut I don't smoke and never will . Nobody should smoke because this habit is bad for your body . That can kill you slowly but surely .
