alexpaulrox Hi monicaei I think you have a virus in ur pc. Try installing avast and update it and scan. If that doesn't work try installing ccleaner and scan using it and delete the unwanted files. is C the partition in which the OS is installed?

alexpaulrox I have tried a lot of anti virus software. But the best I have used is the avast anti virus. Since I started using this all my virus problems have vanished! Just be sure to buy the software and to constantly keep updating it.
