I sleep for some 8 hours a day. During weekends I sleep for 10 hours a day. So in a week i sleep for 50 hours. How long should you sleep really? What is enough and what is too much?

angellyk24 Well scientific research say that 6 hours of sleep per day is not enough, also if you sleep more than 8 hours per day is to much. So the best is 7-8 hours of sleep, and if you have a habit to sleep during the day, is recommended to not sleep more than 1 hour.

angellyk24 Hy b4balaji. A passionate kiss I must say with the person you like, that makes you tingle from head to toe, I don`t tink someone can deny that. On the opposite side if you kiss someone you don`t like, no matter how good he can kiss it still feels horrible.

angellyk24 I chat with my friends only when I have to much free time and is a good way to forget about problems. It`s true sometime I forget about time, but look on the good side that way I don`t think about food and I loose some pounds.
