I am trying to change some of my eating habits. I'm 54 and at an age where I'm starting to have to watch everything about my health. I love a bowl of cold cereal for breakfast and there are some days I also eat a bowl at night....

I am lookin for anything which help me learn how to organize stimulating, intresting activities for eldery people to make their lifes as happy as possible! Any ideas will be welcome with grate appreciation
