anne0418 I work in a recovery center as a psychiatric nurse,we people experience stress it's a part of life,for us to cope with it,divert yourself to the things that makes your day fruitful,you can go movies,exercise and maybe a vacation to the beach will be good.:)

anne0418 Well i don't smoke i either not to try too.I hate smokers,because as far as we now smoking kills especially to the secondhand smokers.Here in Davao city we have law about smoking so in every establishments here you are not allowed to smoke.
