COMPUTER PROBLEM : i need your help!!!

yesterday i have shut down my computer at night and when i have switched on today than my moniter is creating a problem, my CPU is working but in my moniter there is a small LED only the orange one is blinking and the other light...

no,i never use my friend's computer because i always think that my computer is much better than my friend's computer and i love to use my computer and my computer is having nice operating system,softwares,etc....so i prefer to use...
