arshil poverty defines as there are no sufficient money to sustain your basic requirements for survive.poverty is going on increasing by chain by chain. this monster is largest hinderence in progress of any country.

arshil in my point of view basic reason is that having dream and chasing them foolishly as master degree holder say they cant do low profilr job and at last thay got nothing in hand because once time gone it never come back so grasp the opportunity as it comes.
