how long is your ideal sleeping length and why?

well as you might have guessed i looove sleeping, and i have found out that my ideal sleeping schedule is about 14 hours, cause then i am totally regenerated, and clear in my head, i have also had time to take it easy wakening up...

brahim92 i am aware that it is not needed with that much sleep, but it still feels good:P i always sleep atleast 8 hours a day, but when i have the opportunity i sleep 12-15 hours because its really chill;)
