Waiting for my banana !

It took me more than a year and now bear fruit, but the fruits were still green and take sometime to turn yellow. Beside eating banana, we also make fry banana with flour, just cut in small pieces and fry or make banana...

Gayatri We have one at home...don't know when to take it off the plant though...Bananas are healthy and light...yeah! I love fritters.... On festival days we have rice out of a banana leaf...
