hahaha Honestly!! I have no regular cleaning days of our ref. I just clean it or arrange it when it needs to. If there are lots to left overs that we were not able to re heat or re use, then I feel that it needs to be thrown away?...

callistos we will never find an aswer to the question! In war there is a barter: food, clothing and other supplies that are not bought with money because you don't survive only with that (money is devalue and you don't found anyone who buys gold or diamond!
