Wat does Core 2 Duo @ 2.8Ghz means???

I have Core 2 Duo processor running at 2.8GHz.... Does this means each core is running at 2.8GHz or 1.4Ghz?

checading I am 24 years old and I never had a boyfriend so I think I am still pretty idealistic when it comes to love.I think that your Mom is correct on this one.Like why would someone who loves you, hurt you?Coz how can you make a person loved if you keep on hurting...
