Do you like eating sunflower seeds with its shell?

I like sunflower seeds very much. I think it's my so called comfortable food. when i feel depressed or miss my family I wish i can have sunflower seeds to kill the time. Unluckily here in the UK it's very rare to see sunflower...

chelleim I do really enjoy sunflower seeds and appreciate all the good nutrients to it. This year i tried the experiment of throwing black oil sunflower seeds around my farm here and there and see what would happen... to my surprise a huge amount of them grew... now...
