chethan623 ya i also agree with u. due to my work i have many mental upsets, i release from this by doing exercise.. it helps to change our thought.....

chethan623 HI sheepie, i am new to mylot and this is my first response. I checked your profile and saw that you are from US, so ur mother tongue may be english, but for all people out there from other parts of the world may not be that strong with speaking english....
