What kind of foods and excersies should I do to get rid of tummy fat? I had a baby 10 months ago, I can't seem to get rid of that extra weight in the tummy.

chithuunni Hi, First of all, let me wish you soon regain your lovely figure. Try to go for some aerobics daily. If you can follow a routine of sit ups daily, that would give you tremendous results. Start with ten sit ups a day and increase it by 05 every day.
