i will be travelling to UK for 1 month plus at the end of the year and spending my Christmas there. To be exact I will stay at Burnley, Lancashire. Anybody in UK can suggest where should I visit ..What is the best and cheapest way...

chriskong57 Hi Michelle, no need to envy me..cos it is also a once in a life time trip for me since my son is in UK so we can save on accomodations and food. Dream and works towards it and I am sure you too will one day be able to go there too. Regards: chris

chriskong57 That was a long long time ago.... Cameron now is very modern ..there is even a Secret Recipe shop in Brinchang now,,,who knows in the future they may even have Pizza Hut there...LOL

chriskong57 Yup , there are so many things to do in Cameron. The last trip I was there I stayed for 2 nights but times just flew by fast since there are so many nice food, so many places to go .With the new road called Simpang Pulai it is less winding and safer to go...

chriskong57 Cameron Highlands is nearer to KL . Just need to go to KL PuduRaya Bus Station and take a bus there. It is recommended that you stay in Brinchang , the highest town in Cameron Highlands instead of Tanah Rata because most of the nice places to visit is at or...

chriskong57 I was diagnosed as diabetic in Dec 2006 with fasting blood sugar of 14.8 mmol/L . Up to now, I haven't take any medication yet and my fasting blood sugar is kept under 6 mmol/L . I cut down on carbohydrates...remember things that are white are not good for us...
