cooltopten I think its just a human reaction. If someone needs help and advice and you feel that it relates to you and you can help ,I think before you know it youve already responed.I put it down to human nature. :)

I think that with all the CCTV cameras that are monitoring 24 hours a day 7 days a week around the world ,if ghosts really did exist then we would of had alot more footage of them by now .I meen some real proof , not just shakey...

i would rather of experienced anxiety , stress & panic attacks than not.

cooltopten I know it sounds strabge but i do think so.Only by suffering are we set free.You have to taste bitter to appreciate sweet .You have to feel down to realise when you up.I would personally have suffered panic attacks and have gained some knowledge about my self...
