Venkataraman I'd say PayPal is better. Alertpay have hidden fees. And they charge an exorbitant $15 for withdrawing our funds. I consider it very very high. The other reason is PayPal have laid strict guidlines against PTCs. That's why most scam PTCs don't have paypal....

Heather Echola Unless you are elderly, it is probably just forgot. Like maybe from stress. I know I do not have Alzheimers disease, but every week or so I have major forgotten or misplaced issues. I know it is stress and over work. Good luck, get some extra rest.
