I like eating half-cooked veges and sometimes even raw. I think it's more nutritious if you eat it raw. As long as you washed the veges thoroughly and keep them clean it's better to eat raw or half-cooked veges.

evanfred0219 the only vegetables that i love to eat when raw are tomatoes and lettuces. i like tomatoes when soaked in soy sauce and vinegar and eaten with roasted pork. while i like lettuces in fresh salad,in a burger,or shawarma.:)
