what is the best diet to go on to lose weight safely but quickly? iam going on a no junk food diet but iam also open to new diets out there to help me out.... could anyone give me some tips?

fiona_mcmillan ask your hubby for support and tell him ...iam also trying to lose weight i know how you feel as iam in a big family and there is sweets ebverywhere .when iam tempted i just say to myself its for my own benifit...it is all in the mind :)
