forestree well... i think i seldom send sms, coz it got me feel some kinds of troubles. i prefer touch ppl by talkin'... anyway, i still no some ppl prefer sending sms. maybe they'r students in schools, u no, keeping touch by sending sms can save them some money...

forestree i've no idea about whether the caffeine is good for our health or not... coz i've never done any research or contrast... to me, i perfer tea... coz tea here is popular than coffee in my city in my opinion though more and more ppl begin 2 drink coffee...

forestree i think most time it is hard 2 change... though u did, maybe it affects nothing or maybe it can't go a long way... but sometimes, maybe it works, coz something 2 u is so important in ur real life, and u r related to it so close or touched, then u can change......
