stain removal

I have felt marker stains on a maple wood table top. Any suggestions on how to remove these?

frutylupe I was so devasted when red dye from magazine cover stained my table. Toothpaste worked like magic. I then polished it with "cedar" and it is perfect. No scratch marks. Brilliant, thankyou.
