Worry no more because it is possible to recover your deleted files wether from harddrive or from removable media. I have used several data recovering programs and they worked great specially those files that has been deleted...

hannalei Before I formatted my harddrive backed it up into a cd what happened is...when it was already formatted the backup cd didn't work so I ended up dismayed but it was already a year ago and I no more care about those deleted files.

hannalei no i don't drink water from faucets because i don't trust it specially my case.....we have poor water services in our area that is why we need to buy purified water from the nearest water station.

hannalei nobody likes cockroach. the best thing to do with these creepy crawlers is to hire pest control services. our house was treated with pest control solution they bore holes on the ground after that all the roaches and insects in our house were gone.
