What do you think about this behaviour?

heroinelover @heroinelover (58) • China 13 Jul 13

It's a traditional way to calm down the crying baby in China. For example, when the baby is stumbled by something and hurt his leg, his parents will curse the thing( such as a stick or small rocks) and hit it. Just like they can...

How do you think of "stupid girl (pink)"?

heroinelover @heroinelover (58) • China 1 Feb 11

I've watched the video of this song. I think it's interesting but I'm afraid I can't understand exactly what she wants to tell us. Especially when the girl vomits in the toilet, I wonder what she's complaining about. As I can't...

What should I do to be a filial piety daughter?

heroinelover @heroinelover (58) • China 31 Oct 10

I don't even know how to express. Perhaps "filial piety" can't be used exactly to describe that kind of traditional virtue of China. I just want to know the westerners' attitude towards the virtue. In China, a filial piety son...

heroinelover First, I don't think that's a stupid question. In fact, although most of the Chinese people are in a relationship(a big family), we don't say "thank you for loving me" because we are afraid to feel embarrased. We usually do something to let the others feel...

When someone say "Thank you" to you, what should you reply? I used to consider that "that's OK" equals to "that's all right". But one of my friends thought "that's OK" could only reply for "I'm sorry". What do you prefer? I wonder...
