MyLot is a forum, a place where you can share knowledge, ask questions or answer other members and but here you now can't get paid like as before. Thanks to @ owlwings for his response and correcting my tweet.

Nicey 8 glasses is enough. When you take excess, you sweat alot especially if you live in a tropical country. Moreover, if you're taking excess cold water, I believe it will weaken yur bones.
