hotsummer @LadyDuck oh your rent includes everything. i don't know about in your country. here owning a condo, you still have to pay monthly fees even if you fully paid the condo. but maybe renting here includes the monthly fees already also.

hotsummer @DaddyEvil i do love living in a house also than in condos but neighborhoods here have lots of nosy people., undisciplined, unruly, without their own parking. not ideal place. I used to have neighbors that were addicts, gangs and different sort of people....

hotsummer it's enjoyable living in a house specially with kids or when you have big family or even relatives just next to your house. but if not, yes, it's good option to be in condo. great that you have planned it already early.

hotsummer i haven't lived in apartments. i don't like noise or being too near my neighbor. but residential houses here have no easement. not as quiet as I want it to be but still maybe quiter than in condo's

hotsummer it's great to have cameras. but then, being watched or be seen in every area of the house might be unnecessary. even if we know it's only our family that can see us.
