May2k8 @hotsummer To find out, there is usually a burning smell if the condition is not good and when the iron is held it will feel hotter, different from normal conditions where the temperature does not exceed 70 degrees Celsius.

Anna @hotsummer - Renting includes the monthly fees (that are not a lot, just the heating and water). If you own you pay the monthly fees and TAXES!

DE @hotsummer Yes, houses are always more expensive than houses, even to rent. But, you get better neighbors, usually by renting a house than by renting an apartment/condo here. No place is perfect as rude/unruly people can have as much money as you anywhere...
